Servant Leadership is a heart postured to lead others by serving them.
Jesus said, “If you want to be first, you have to be willing to be last.” The heart of Jesus was to come to the earth to serve. He was our example of how greatness comes through serving God and serving His people. We lead by serving others, just like Jesus.
